Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to optional movement kits purchased from Powercartilage. Digital program access is separate and described in our Terms of Use.

Change of Mind

If you are in Australia, you may return unused kits within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in original packaging with no signs of use. You are responsible for return postage unless we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund including reasonable return shipping where the fault is ours.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as hygiene-sensitive once opened (e.g., socks if packaging is broken).
• Custom or clearly personalised orders agreed in writing.

How to Start a Return

Email infocenter@powercartilage.world with your order reference, reason, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions within two business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
